Objective: To provide support for local races which have made it through the primary process.  Also to train volunteers to support the candidates in ways that are unconventional to help them win.

How to reach the objective:​

    *Raise a support and development fund to provide funds to local ​

      non-incumbent races.​
           #Fundraisers during some of the training seminars​
           #Letters to large contributors of incumbents as well as  county committee​
           #Asking for assistance with this goal from incumbents​
           #Placing this fund in a interest bearing savings account​
           #Create committee to decide how funds will be distributed to certain   ​

             races.  Committee includes YR Treasurer, YR Chairman, and a total of ​

             3 others appointed by chairman and treasurer of YRs​
     *Provide Professional training by national teachers at a low cost to us and​

      those learning to make it more accessible to everyone.​

            #Using Leadership Institute as well as many of the members of the group​

              who are thriving in the areas​
                       *Train volunteers to help in positions like Youth Coordinator, ​

                        Campaign Manager or Media Director​
            #Workshops teaching effective media and management skills.​
            #Providing a list of those who are interested in doing these jobs for​

              candidates.​
            #Provide constant support for those who are trained and allowing them to​

              get involved when needed​
            #Teach varying campaign methods and ways to attract younger and ​

              older votes alike
